Fenchel, R\u00fcebli, Knoblauch und <em>Tomaten<\/em> beigeben und weitere 5 min d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen, dann <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Fischbouillon (Fischfond) Anina<\/span><\/strong>, den Pastis und den Safran beigeben und zugedeckt 30 min leicht k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n<li>Anschliessend Dill, <em>Peterli<\/em>, Basilikum und den Rahm beif\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Nun die <em>Fisch<\/em>filets dazu geben, das Ganze aufkochen bis die <em>Fische<\/em> gar sind und vom Herd nehmen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit <em>Salz<\/em> und <em>Pfeffer<\/em> abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schalotten sind etwas milder als Zwiebeln. Sind keine Schalotten vorhanden, kann man die Sauce auch mit der halben Menge an Zwiebeln herstellen. 1 Schalotte = ca. 1\/2 Zwiebel.<\/li>\n<li>B<em>runoise<\/em> sind sehr kleine W\u00fcrfel mit ca. 3 mm Kantenl\u00e4nge.<\/li>\n<li>Als <em>Fisch<\/em>filets f\u00fcr diese Suppe eignen sich Felchen, Hecht, Seeforelle und Egli.<\/li>\n<li>Anstelle von\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Fischbouillon (Fischfond) Anina <\/span><\/strong>geht auch eine Gem\u00fcsebouillon.<\/li>\n<li>Als Beilage zu Fischsuppe eignet sich <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Rouille simple Madeleine<\/span><\/strong> auf etwas getoastetem Weissbrot plus darauf evtl .geriebenem K\u00e4se.
