vermischen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Zwiebeln werden gesch\u00e4lt und dann mit der Bircherraffel geraffelt.<\/li>\n<li>Statt in Pulverform kann man die Gew\u00fcrze auch frisch und ganz klein geschnitten verwenden. Das Cafe de Paris wird dadurch aber nicht sp\u00fcrbar besser, ausser beim <em>Peterli.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Leicht geschmolzen ist Caf\u00e9 de Paris die klassische Beilage zu <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Entrecotes Charles<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Am besten f\u00fcllt man das fertige Produkt in kleine T\u00f6pfe und gefriert es ein.
