Die St\u00fccke mit <i>Salz<\/i> und <i>Pfeffer<\/i> w\u00fcrzen, dann in einem Brattopf mit dem <i>\u00d6l<\/i>\u00a020 min anbraten, resp. bis goldgelb.<\/li>\n<li>Nun die Peperoni, Zwiebeln, den Knoblauch und die Champignons dazu und weitere 5 min d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Mit dem Weisswein abl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n<li><em>Tomaten\/Pelati <\/em>dazu geben, kurz weiter d\u00fcnsten, dann die restlichen Zutaten beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>Im <em style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Backofen<\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\"> bei 200 Grad 20 min zugedeckt braten (Umluft; bei nur Ober- und Unterhitze 20 Grad heisser).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 300;\">Danach weiter 20 min ohne Deckel fertigbraten.
