Soll nicht braun werden.<\/li>\n<li>Mit der Bouillon abl\u00f6schen, Kartoffeln und Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter dazu geben, dann in gedeckter Pfanne ca. 30 min k\u00f6cheln, resp. bis die Kartoffeln weich sind und die Sauce s\u00e4mig wird.<\/li>\n<li>Kurz vor Ende den Schnittlauch beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>Mit <i>Salz<\/i> und <i>Pfeffer<\/i> abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong> Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mit weichkochenden Kartoffeln ist die Kochzeit deutlich k\u00fcrzer.<\/li>\n<li>Diese einfache Beilage eignet sich ausgezeichnet f\u00fcr Variationen aller Art.<\/li>\n<li>Z. Bsp. Zwiebeln\/Speckw\u00fcrfeli abl\u00f6schen mit Wein, zugeben von mehr Speckw\u00fcrfeli\/Fleisch oder weiteren Gew\u00fcrzen (z.
