Nach und nach immer mehr Bouillon dazu geben. <i style=\"color: #000000;\">Reis<\/i> soll immer bedeckt sein und immer leicht kochen.<\/li>\n<li>Nach ein paar Minuten Safran, Lorbeer und <i style=\"color: #000000;\">Tabasco<\/i> dazu geben. Wenn alle Bouillon aufgebraucht ist, n\u00f6tigenfalls mit Wasser erg\u00e4nzen.<\/li>\n<li>20 min nach dem Einstreuen des <i style=\"color: #000000;\">Reises\u00a0<\/i>Erbsli,\u00a0Pouletst\u00fccke, Fleisch und die Bohnen beigeben, weiter kochen bis der <i style=\"color: #000000;\">Reis<\/i> gar ist.<\/li>\n<li>Vom Herd nehmen, gut umr\u00fchren, evtl. nachsalzen und die Zitronenschnitze darauflegen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #000000; font-style: normal;\">Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anstelle von <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">H\u00fchnerbouillon Dora\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">kann man auch eine Fertig-H\u00fchnerbouillon verwenden.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Statt mit Cipollatas kann man diese Paella auch mit Kaninchenst\u00fccken herstellen.
