einen solchen herstellen.<\/li>\n<li>10 min ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Daraus 120 g schwere Kugeln formen.<\/li>\n<li>Diese an einer Stelle eindr\u00fccken und je 1 <i style=\"color: #000000;\">SL<\/i> der Erbsen-Masse hineingeben.<\/li>\n<li>Teigkugel wieder schliessen und auswallen zu 2 mm dicken Omeletten.<\/li>\n<li>In grosser Teflonpfanne mit etwas \u00d6l beidseitig anbraten bis sie gelb werden.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gewisse gelbe Erbsen muss man vor dem Kochen \u00fcber Nacht im Wasser einlegen. Solche finden sich aber immer seltener.<\/li>\n<li>Als Inhalt eignet sich z.
