Sie soll nicht braun werden.<\/li>\n<li>Milch portionenweise zugeben und mit dem Schwingbesen st\u00e4ndig r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Danach <em style=\"color: #000000;\">Salz und<\/em> Muskatnuss dazu geben und kurz aufkochen.<\/li>\n<li>Unter fortgesetztem R\u00fchren weitere 10 min oder mehr bei kleiner Hitze weiterk\u00f6cheln, damit die Sauce etwas eindickt .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bechamelsauce sollte mindestens 5 min ged\u00fcnstet und 10 min gekocht werden, damit der Mehlgeschmack verschwindet.<\/li>\n<li>Sie wird vielf\u00e4ltig verwendet. Z. Bsp. zu <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Br\u00e4tk\u00fcgeli Mina<\/span><\/strong>, oder zu <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Lasagne Brigitta<\/span><\/strong> oder zu vielem anderen mehr.<\/li>\n<li>Soll die Bechamel Sauce f\u00fcr paar Stunden aufbewahrt werden, tut man das besser, ohne sie abzuk\u00fchlen und wieder zu erw\u00e4rmen, sondern man h\u00e4lt sie warm in einem Wasserbad.
