(Umluft)<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebeln\u00a0 in einer beschichteten Bratpfanne im \u00d6l sanft d\u00fcnsten, (die Scheiben zerfallen dabei in feine Streifen) nach 10 min die Speckw\u00fcrfeli dazu und alles sanft weiterd\u00fcnsten, bis die Zwiebeln\u00a0 glasig sind. (Total ca. 20 min).<\/li>\n<li>Kuchenbleche (f\u00fcr 4 Personen ein Standardblech mit ca. 30 cm Durchmesser ) mit dem Teig auslegen.
