Sie soll nicht braun werden.<\/li>\n<li>Milch portionenweise beigeben und mit dem Schwingbesen st\u00e4ndig r\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<li>Danach <em>Salz <\/em>und Muskatnuss dazu geben und kurz aufkochen.<\/li>\n<li>Unter fortgesetztem R\u00fchren weitere 10 min bei kleiner Hitze weiterk\u00f6cheln, damit die Sauce etwas eindickt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Sauce Bolognese<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nat\u00fcrlich geht auch eine andere Bolognesesauce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lasagne<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em>Backofen<\/em> vorheizen auf 200 Grad.<\/li>\n<li>Eine geeignete Form mit Butter ausreiben.<\/li>\n<li>Den Boden mit Bechamel- und dar\u00fcber Bolognese-Sauce bedecken. Darauf eine Lage Lasagne-Bl\u00e4ttern geben.<\/li>\n<li>Nun eine Lage Bechamel-Sauce dar\u00fcber geben, darauf eine Lage Bolognese-Sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Weitere 2 Mal Lasagne-Bl\u00e4tter, Bechamel und Bolognese darauf schichten, resp. bis die Form passend gef\u00fcllt ist.
