Wenn das Roastbeef mehr rosa gew\u00fcnscht wird, ein, zwei Grad weniger).<\/li>\n<li>Backofen abstellen, T\u00fcre \u00f6ffnen und das Fleisch 5 min ruhen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>In d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden und auf vorgew\u00e4rmten Tellern servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will man das Fleisch warmhalten, geht das f\u00fcr f\u00fcr 1 bis 2 Std. gut bei 60 Grad Ofentemperatur. Zum warmen Roastbeef passt sehr gut <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Cafe de Paris Antoine<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Aber auch kalt, aus dem K\u00fchlschrank, ist Roastbeef bestens zum Verzehr geeignet.
