Migros)<\/td>\n<td width=\"94\">100 g<\/td>\n<td width=\"95\">150 g<\/td>\n<td width=\"106\">250 g<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Crevettenschw\u00e4nze und <em>Fisch<\/em>filets mit <em>Salz<\/em> und <em>Pfeffer<\/em> w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<li>Im Weisswein ca. 5 min zugedeckt k\u00f6cheln, resp. bis gar.<\/li>\n<li>Herausnehmen und Weisswein auf die H\u00e4lfte einkochen.<\/li>\n<li>Nun Crevettenschw\u00e4nze und <em>Fisch<\/em>filets in mundgerechte St\u00fccke schneiden und den eingekochten Weisswein dar\u00fcber giessen.<\/li>\n<li>In grosser Sch\u00fcssel <em>Peperoni<\/em>, Fenchel, Zwiebeln leicht mit <em>Salz<\/em> und <em>Pfeffer<\/em> w\u00fcrzen und \u00d6l, Essig, Zitronensaft und Dill zugeben. Mischen und 1 Std. marinieren.<\/li>\n<li>Dann <em>Fische<\/em>, Crevettenschw\u00e4nze, Tintenfische, Muscheln und die kleinen Crevetten dazu geben und vorsichtig mischen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit <em>Salz<\/em> und <em>Pfeffer<\/em> abschmecken.<\/li>\n<li>Ca. 12 Std. in K\u00fchlschrank stellen, dann herausnehmen.<\/li>\n<li>Zimmertemperatur annehmen lassen, evtl. einen Teil der Sauce entfernen und auf warmen Tellern servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verbleibenden Meeresfr\u00fcchtesalat kann man gut f\u00fcr ein Meeresfr\u00fcchterisotto verwenden:<\/li>\n<li>Crevetten, <em>Fisch<\/em>, Tintenfische und Muscheln herausnehmen, dann das Gem\u00fcse kurz and\u00e4mpfen.
