Heisser einstellen und Bratzeit verl\u00e4ngern.<\/li>\n<li>Alternativ kann man die Kartoffeln nach dem Aufkochen auch in einer Teflonpfanne mit der <em>Bratbutter<\/em> 30 min zuerst heiss, dann bei kleiner Hitze braten.<\/li>\n<li>Kartoffeln: Am besten Lagerware, nicht Fr\u00fchkartoffeln.
