Soll nicht braun werden.<\/li>\n<li>Mit der Milch abbl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n<li>Danach Salz, Muskatnuss und Tabasco dazu und kurz aufkochen.<\/li>\n<li>Weitere 10 min bei kleiner Hitze 10 min weiterk\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n<li>Danach die K\u00fcgeli in die Sauce geben.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Man d\u00fcnstet das Mehl so lange, weil es erst nach 15 min seinen Mehlgeschmack verliert.<\/li>\n<li>Soll die Bechamel Sauce f\u00fcr einige Stunden aufbewahrt werden, tut man das besser, ohne sie abzuk\u00fchlen und wieder zu erw\u00e4rmen, sondern man h\u00e4lt sie warm in einem Wasserbad.
