Kaninchen 1 bis 3 Std. zugedeckt sanft kochen, resp. bis das Fleisch zart ist.<\/li>\n<li>30 min vor Schluss Champignons und <em>Peterli<\/em> beif\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit <em>Salz<\/em> und
