g<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><strong><!--more-->Zubereitung<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Poulet in St\u00fccke schneiden und diese weitgehend von der Haut befreien.<\/li>\n<li>In einem Bratttopf die Pouletst\u00fccke in \u00d6l und Butter 20 min anbraten, resp. bis goldgelb.<\/li>\n<li>Nun Speck, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch dazu geben und weitere 5 min d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li><em>Tomaten\/Pelati<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0dazu, kurz weiter d\u00fcnsten, dann das Mehl dar\u00fcberstreuen.<\/li>\n<li>Alles gut verr\u00fchren, dann mit der H\u00e4lfte des Weines abl\u00f6schen und die restlichen Zutaten dazu geben ausser die Champignons.<\/li>\n<li>Das Ganze 35 min zugedeckt kochen.<\/li>\n<li>Nun den Rest des Weines und die Champignons dazu geben und 15 min ohne Deckel weiter kochenn, resp. bis die Pouletst\u00fccke weich sind.<\/li>\n<li>Mit Salz abschmecken.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Man nimmt am Anfang nicht allen Wein, sonst \u00a0w\u00fcrde das Fleisch z\u00e4h werden.<\/li>\n<li>Auch der Gesamtgeschmack wird besser, wenn nicht aller Wein so lange gekocht wird.<\/li>\n<li>Rosmarinpulver statt Zweige, weil letztere w\u00e4hrend der Garzeit im Wein nicht weich werden.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem guten Wein wird das Gericht sp\u00fcrbar besser als mit einem
