austretende Wasser weitgehendst verdunstet ist und das Fleisch etwas Farbe angenommen hat .<\/li>\n<li>Zwiebeln, Peperoni und Knoblauch dazu geben, Hitze zur\u00fccknehmen und 10 min weiter d\u00fcnsten.<\/li>\n<li>Mit den <em>Tomaten\/Pelati<\/em> abl\u00f6schen, nach 5 min die Rindsbouillon und alle restlichen Zutaten beigeben.<\/li>\n<li>Im <em>Backofen<\/em> bei 120 Grad w\u00e4hrend ca. 2 Std. kochen, resp. bis das Fleisch die gew\u00fcnschte Konsistenz aufweist. (Umluft; bei nur Ober- und Unterhitze 20 Grad heisser).<\/li>\n<li>Von Zeit zu Zeit umr\u00fchren. Wenn n\u00f6tig, verdunstetes Wasser erg\u00e4nzen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit <em>Salz<\/em> abschmecken und nach Bedarf zus\u00e4tzlichen Cayennepfeffer beigeben.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Hinweise<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Statt alles Fleisch im Brattopf anzubraten, kann man es auch portionenweise in einer Bratpfanne anbraten und anschliessend in den Brattopf geben.
